Duchêne Yves

Yves Duchêne is a Belgian artist who was born in Tienen in 1935. He is a sculptor. Education sculpture at Sint-Lukas in Brussels (1952-1959), at the Academy in Leuven (1957-1958). Debuted under direction of H. Elström (1957). Completed his art work in Athens and in a marble workshop on the island of Tinos. Became a teacher at the Academy in Leuven in 1970. (Piron)
