Van Hoorde Constant

Constant Van Hoorde was a Belgian painter, born around 1876. He worked for a while in the Netherlands. Constant Van Hoorde is best known for his navies. He took part in the exhibition in honor of the inauguration of the city hall in Antwerp in 1908. (BT)
