Van Den Berghe Herman
Herman Van Den Berghe was a Belgian painter from the early 20th century (1857-1930). He created landscapes, beach scenes with boats and sloops, and marine views. He participated in the Exposition Triennale d'Anvers in 1901. His work "Landschap met huizen en molen" (Landscape with houses and mill) was auctioned by Zaal Bernaerts in Antwerp in 2010, and "Boten op het strand" (Boats on the beach) was auctioned by Zaal Rops in Saint-Servais in 2011. He was active in De Panne. (Piron)
