Sterk Harrie

Harrie Sterk (Harmelen 1913–1991 Utrecht) was a versatile Dutch visual artist. His full name is Henricus Theodorus Josef Sterk. He worked as a painter, sculptor, printmaker, and ceramist, among other things. He received his artistic training in Amsterdam. His work encompasses both figurative representations and abstract compositions. Several of his (relief) artworks can be found in public spaces, such as the work Playing Children in Vleuten.
