Van Gelderen Simon

Simon Van Gelderen was a Belgian artist born in 1905 in Brussels and who died in 1986 in Ostend. He was a painter, draftsman and crayon painter. He followed his education at Sint-Lucas and at the Academy in Brussels. He preferred landscapes, hunting scenes, cityscapes, church interiors and still lifes. His works reflect elegance and mood.
