Richelieu

Raoul (Roel Richelieu) Van Londersele is a Belgian artist, born in Ninove in 1952. He is a painter, etcher, draughtsman, poet, novelist and translator. He studied Germanic philology at the State University in Ghent. He published, among others, Tumor, Poems and Drawings (1976), A Brush of Waiting, Poems and Etchings (1977), Tree Portrait, Poem and Etching (1979) and Mutations, Etchings with Poems by Fr. De Crits (1981). Thematic exhibitions of graphic work included Animal Farm (1978) and Mutations (1981). In 1998 he participated in A(rt)ssenede. He works in Ghent. (Piron)
