Polakovic Dusan

Dusan Polakovic is a Slovak artist born in Bratislava in 1950. From 1966 to 1970, he studied at the Bratislava School of Applied Arts, Department of Graphic Art, from 1970 to 1972 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Poland, and from 1972 to 1976 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, Department of Illustration and Book Art, under Professor Albin Brunovsky (the great Slovak graphic artist and painter). He works as a freelance artist, focusing on graphic art, book illustration, and cartoons.
