Kujawski Jerzy
Jerzy Kujawski (born April 28, 1921 in Ostrów Wielkopolski, died June 28, 1998 in Paris) was a Polish painter who settled in France. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris. In 1947, he exhibited his work at the International Surrealist Exhibition in Paris. He participated in numerous surrealist exhibitions in France and around the world (Prague, Luxembourg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Brussels, Milan, and Kraków). In 1957, he participated in a retrospective exhibition of his paintings in Warsaw. In early 2006, the Jerzy Kujawski retrospective exhibition, "Maranatha," took place at the National Museum in Poznań, and another took place in Warsaw in May 2006. (Wikipedia)
