Gobin Johanna

Johanna Gobin is a Belgian painter born in 1940 in Ghent. She followed her education at the School of Arts and Crafts in Etterbeek. She has a preference for, among other things, landscapes, city and village views, figures, portraits, still lifes, marines and North Sea views. Impressionist touch. Her works reflect poetry and tranquility. Also found inspiration in the landscapes, villages and inhabitants of Provence, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Yugoslavia. From the press: “J.G. has a style of its own that has the freshness of authentic naivety and is always astonished by its strange use of color, in which the light lives.” (H.
