Koeman Jacobus Jan (Jac. J.)
Jacobus Jan Koeman (Jac. J.) was a Dutch artist born in 1889 and died in 1978. He was a multitalented man: watercolorist, painter, draftsman, sculptor, ceramicist, book binding designer, etcher, lithographer and modeller. He is best known for his images or pictures in the Verkade albums (animals, flowers, plants, etc.), for which he also provided the book bindings. He also made still lifes, figure shows, landscapes, nude figures, portraits, cityscapes, and winter landscapes. His free work belongs to the Bergen School. (Wikipedia)
