From the press: "F.P.F. mainly paints under glass in the style of Floris Jespers, but with a clear predilection for portraying the love affairs in which an appeal is made to very legible symbols." Traveled a lot. Visited Congo, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Yugoslavia, Tunesia. Spent several years in Sicily and then traveled to the United States and Mexico. Working alternately in Brussels and Malaga/Spain. Individual exhibitions for example in the gallery Le Bercail in Izel-sur-Semois in 1991, in the Abbey of Vorst in Brussels in 2000, in the Royal Library of Belgium in Brussels in 2002.
