Evrard Paula

Paula Evrard was a Belgian painter, born in Charleroi in 1878 and died in Montignies-sur-Sambre in 1927. She was educated at the Academy in Brussels under the guidance of H. Richier and J. Delville. She painted landscapes and flowers, employing a warm and colorful palette with a generous use of paint. Paula Evrard's works are found in the museums in Brussels and Charleroi. She is listed in BAS I and Two Centuries of Signatures of Belgian Artists. (Piron)
