Eechaut Eugène
Eugène Eechaut was a Belgian artist who was born in 1928 in Raismes/France and who died in 2019 in Brussels. He was a painter, draftsman and watercolorist. Took evening courses at the Academy in Sint-Gillis/Brussels and perfected himself self-taught. Realized (Northern French) landscapes, compositions, nudes, but also found inspiration in the insect world and leaned more towards fantasy. Expressionist design. He produced countless works, industrial or animalistic, extremely graphic, using clever dilutions of black ink where they were not expected.
