Dierckx Louis-Emiel

Louis-Emiel Dierckx (Heist-op-den-Berg 1926 - 2002 Antwerp) was a Belgian artist. He was a printmaker, draftsman, and stained-glass artist. He received his education at the Academy and the Higher Institute in Antwerp. He settled in Borgerhout. He was a teacher at the Academy of Antwerp. He participated in, among others, the International Biennial of Printmaking in Ljubljana. His work is included in the collection of the municipality of Heist-op-den-Berg. (Piron)
