Anne-Pierre de Kat (Delft, May 1, 1881 – La Frette-sur-Seine, July 25, 1968) was a painter, draftsman, and graphic artist. He acquired Belgian nationality in 1920. He trained as a sculptor but chose painting from 1911 onwards. He painted landscapes, seascapes, still lifes, figures, nudes, and (self-)portraits. A self-portrait is preserved in the Museum of Fine Arts. (Wikipedia)
