Clausse Fernand

Fernand Clausse was a Belgian artist who was born in 1899 in Termes and who died in 1967 in Sint-Gillis/Brussels. He was a painter, draftsman and graphic artist. He followed his training at the Academy in Brussels under the direction of H. Richir. Realized portraits, figures, images of animals (cats), intimate scenes and landscapes. Realistic design. Was also a maker of didactic and cartoon films. Exhibited in the Galerie des Carmes in Brussels in 1939. Mentioned in Two Centuries of Signatures of Belgian Artists (PIRON).
