Borret Albert

Albert Borret was a Belgian artist who was born in Liège in 1920 and who died in Brussels in 1988. He was a figurative painter and watercolorist. Education at the Academy in Brussels (1971-1979). Worked with the group of painters of the Rood Klooster in Oudergem and had a studio there from 1977 to 1988. Retrospective in the Rood Klooster in March 1991. Painted city and forest views, landscapes with farms, old buildings. Mentioned in BAS II and Two centuries of signatures of Belgian artists. (piron)
