Edmond de Meulenaere is a Belgian artist born in 1884 and who died in 1963. He was a Belgian painter and draftsman. He preferred landscapes, seascapes, still lifes and figures. His landscapes are mainly inspired by the environment of Uccle. He worked with large keys and rich color surfaces. He more or less adhered to Brabant fauvism. He often added a small windmill to his signature.
