Obtained: Auction (2019) The work is from the private collection of August Taevernier (1895-1976). At the back side his collector stamp is displayed in red. Taevernier collected fervently graphics from countless artists as well as old prints from Rembrandt, Dürer, Golzius, Wierickx and others. The then contemporary or "modern" artists also received ample attention in his collection.
