Kops Frans

Frans Kops or Johannes Francis Kops was a Dutch painter born in 1873 and died in 1951. He has worked in the Netherlands and in Bruges (Belgium). He is known for his genre performances, history (as a genre), portraits, still lifes and cityscapes. (RKD)
